Beginning in 2008, we offer our guests the possibility of participating in a course of lessons in Italian Cuisine, which will take place in a private and casual ambience within the Agriturismo.
Each participant, in both theory and execution, will be followed personally by the professional and highly reputable Chef, Gabriella Lavorato; whose goal is to transmit the passion ,creativity and great fun of the art of cooking.
The Course will propose the complete menus, composing starter, first and second courses, and dessert, being divided in three lessons of three/four hours. Each lesson will be followed by a dinner ..so the participants will taste the dishes they prepared.
The menus may be modified on request at the moment of the reservation.
During the lessons the participants will be offered a delicious bruschetta with our home-grown olive oil, and an excellent glass of our wine.
All participants shall receive a complementary apron of the Agriturismo, notes detailing the recipes and a certificate of participation.

“My name is Gabriella Lavorato; I am forty-four years old and I live in Arezzo in Tuscany.
Cooking is my great passion; which I inherited from my grandmother and mother, both great cooks!
Since 1998 I have dedicated myself to this art, participating in my courses and lectures of specialisation, in restaurants in Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
Above all I have enriched and enhanced my personal experience and knowledge by seeking-out traditional recipes which contradistinguish and characterise Tuscan cooking, remaining faithful to its origins.
