We offer our guests the opportunity to dine in a very relaxed and casual atmosphere and to enjoy a unique culinary experience. The organization of the dinners is cured to the ultimate detail: from the suggestive atmosphere to the exquisite table-setting , the choice of the music and finally to the preparation of the courses, which are the true protagonists of this adventure of the palate. There are a selective number of tables for an inclusive maximum of 14 persons; though in the eventually of a particular request for complete privacy it is possible to arrange for special circumstances and satisfy any requirements for events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons and whatsoever. Intimacy is assured and the guests will be individually cared for in all their needs and desires. During the summer the dinners will take place in our beautiful and private gardens in a suggestive and exclusive candlelight atmosphere. On the hotter summer nights we offer dinner at the swimming pool surrounded by the vineyards of our property. In winter instead the atmosphere is that of a private home. The dinners are served in well furnished surroundings , with wooden flooring, illuminated by the light of fireplace which is the centre of attention. The atmosphere is intimate, warm and all embracing. At Christmas the surrounding is illuminated by lights and suffused Christmas decorations and for new years eve a magical charm is guaranteed.

The foods are chosen with particular care and prepared by our highly Professional Chef, called Gabriella Lavorato, who has made “bonne cuisine” her trademark of artistic expression. It is possible to satisfy whatsoever particular request if preventively accorded to with the Chef Gabriella. Included in our various typically Tuscan menus there are vegetarian dishes and particular arrangements can be made in the case of dietery for allergic intollerances without having to renounce any of the pleasures of the palate. Moreover, we are happy to propose an individual menu for children who may desire particulary simple and unelaborated dishes.

INFORMATION:
Reservartions for dinner must be booked with the Chef by midday (12.00 am) and will be served on a flexible time-table beginning between 20.00 and 21.30 ( 8-9.30 pm).
The cost will vary from a minimum of 40€ to a maximum of 80€ per person.
The cost of the children menu( from 6 to 14 years old) is 25€.

Included in the price are the following:
- Aperitif
- Starter
- First course
- Second course
- Dessert
- House wine( one bottle for 2 persons of a Super Tuscan red “Occhini” appraised with 2 stars in the famous Gambero Rosso Guide 2007.
- Digestive

Not included are::
- Ulterior bottles of “Occhini” or other wines chosen from our wine list, at 15€ per bottle.

If requested it is possible to organize:
- Lunches between 12 and 13.30
- Snacks, salads and sandwiches , by the pool-side and any “alla carta” menu.
