All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7pm,
Check Out before 11am.

2. Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room/apartment.

3. Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, it is. It is Italian breakfast

Yes, it is.

Yes, you can.

Italian, French, English.

7. How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There is just one floor.

8. Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are quiet and romantic.

9. Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided.

Yes, 2 of them.

11. Do you have no smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do.

12. Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is.

No, there is not.

14. Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Just in one apartment House Alice. It is including in the price. It is seasonal.

15. Is there a dinning room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Each apartment have its private dining room and in summer it is
possible to dinner in the garden in a candle atmosphear dinner.
In the winter there is dinning room with fireplace.

16. Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do.

17. Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is. It is open from the middle of April until the end
of october.

18. Is parking or garage available?
Parking is available. It is private but in open-air

19. Where can we rent a car?
In Arezzo (1 km).(Avis centre)

20. Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes just 400 mt. far away.

21. Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are our own vineyards.We organize taste of our wines
and the visit in our cell.

22. How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence 65 km - Siena 60 km - Pisa 140 km.

23. Which is the nearest village or town?
Arezzo. Anghiari, Cortona.

24. Which is the nearest airport?
Florence.

25. Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can arrange the service.

Via Francesco Redi, No.4 and 6.(200 metri)

27. Which is the nearest railway station?
Arezzo.

28. Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Not at the moment.

29. Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are.

30. Is there a restaurant in the Property?
It is a sort of restaurant: the owner cooking 3 times
a week and during the winter in the week end.
