“My name is Gabriella Lavorato; I am forty-four years old and I live in Arezzo in Tuscany.
Cooking is my great passion; which I inherited from my grandmother and mother, both great cooks!
Since 1998 I have dedicated myself to this art, participating in my courses and lectures of specialisation, in restaurants in Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
Above all I have enriched and enhanced my personal experience and knowledge by seeking-out traditional recipes which contradistinguish and characterise Tuscan cooking, remaining faithful to its origins.
In 2001, I began cooking for the most prestigious “agriturismos” in Tuscany ; cooking for clients from all over the world.
I work independently, proposing myself as a Tuscan Chef and organize of cooking-classes; adding contributions of creative alterations in all those dishes which are so well known in Tuscan today.
In a large and beautiful box I conserve with care and great fondness, all the souvenirs and reminders which my customers have given me; addresses and invitations; greeting-cards with compliments and congratulations; photographs and presents; all of which are a source of great joy to me an da tangible demonstration that my work is dedicated to my customers.
During the winter I often collaborate with restaurants in Arezzo in the preparation of special and particular dishes.
And I am often invited by families to their homes to prepare lunches and dinners on special occasions on which they wish to impress their guests.
